The holidays are a fun time of the year in Boston. The temperatures are low, the heaters are out, and there’s a lot to do in the city. Most of the time this has to do with food, and lots of it; there are plenty of spots around town, but we’d like to feature ourselves in this article, and share with you some of the awesome dishes we have to offer you this month from Executive Chef Tatiana Rosana. Let’s begin.

The Outlook Kitchen & Bar opens at 6:30 in the morning, offering a tasty selection of breakfast options for our visitors and guests. Our “Green Eggs, No Ham” includes spinach, asparagus, green peppers, potatoes, a poached egg, herbed hollandaise, and is served with wheat bread. The “Lobster Benedict” is another popular dish, which includes a butter poached Maine lobster, English muffin, poached eggs, spinach, and truffle hollandaise. We also serve “Buttermilk Pancakes” and “Nutella French Toast”. For something more traditional, you can also go with the “Steak and Eggs” or the “Three Egg Omelet”.

Lunchtime brings with it soups and salads, as well as sandwiches and flatbreads. Our “The Cubana” includes smoked ham, braised pork, gruyere, jalapeno mustard, on ciabatta bread. The “Envoy Burger” is a popular pick. It includes River Rock Farms aged beef, hickory smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, on a brioche bun. For Dinner, we offer many different starters and entrees. This is where we really shine.

Our “Littleneck Clam Chowder” is delicious, as is our “Red Quinoa & Arugula Salad”. Pick from entrees like the “Bay of Fundy Atlantic Salmon”, as well as “George’s Bank Scallops” (Maine lobster succotash, potato gnocchi, and herb oil). Since we’re already into December, we have our special New Year’s Eve celebration coming up. Some of our favorites from the NYE Pre Fixe Menu include caviar gold leaf, the sunchoke soup, and the second course choice of filet mignon. A gourmet dessert selection will be served after the two main choices. It’s a delicious event that is not to be missed.
